PAS wishes Malaysian Christians a Happy Christmas

PETALING JAYA: PAS has wished Christians in Malaysia a Happy Christmas.

Secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan (pic) has extended the greeting to all believers across the country on behalf of the Islamic political party.

"Hopefully this year's celebration will continue to foster an atmosphere of harmony, understanding and respect between people as taught by all religions.

"(And we hope this) can continue to be guarded and practised by its adherents in order to create a tolerant and united society in our country," he wrote in a press statement on Sunday (Dec 25) morning.
