THE relationship between actress Barbie Hsu’s ex-husband, businessman Wang Xiaofei, and his girlfriend Zhang Yingying is rumoured to be in choppy waters after the younger woman posted a video of herself crying, Sin Chew Daily reported.
Just two months after the couple made their relationship public, a video of the 26-year-old influencer and actress crying went viral on Chinese social media recently.
“On what grounds do I have to endure all of this?” she was heard complaining in tears.
However, in the comment section, Wang’s mother Zhang Lan replied: “On the grounds that you are an opportunistic woman.”
This led many to believe that Lan, who has always denied that her son was dating Yingying, was the main reason that the younger woman was having such a miserable time.
“Some people’s speech is just so filled with poison,” an Internet user wrote.
It was earlier reported that Yingying was believed to be the reason behind Wang’s divorce from Hsu in November 2021 after a decade of marriage.
> The daily also reported that Taiwanese singer-actor Jimmy Lin appeared to have recovered from his car accident in July last year after he was seen taking his family for a holiday.
Lin’s wife, former model-actress Kelly Chen, 39, shared photos of their beach getaway on Instagram.
“This is the most beautiful scenery. Thank you dear husband for taking all of us out for fun,” she wrote.
Many fans took to social media to congratulate the singer on his recovery, saying that they looked forward to him returning to work soon.
Lin, 48, who is a racing enthusiast, was severely injured after the Tesla Model X he was driving hit a road divider and caught fire last year.
Bystanders pulled Lin and his son out of the vehicle before it burst into flames.
While the child was largely unharmed, Lin was admitted into the intensive care unit of Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taoyuan and his recovery took months.
