Turkiye envoy makes courtesy call on CJ


PETALING JAYA: Turkiye's Ambassador to Malaysia Emir Salim Yuksel paid a courtesy call on Chief Justice Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat at her office in Putrajaya on Wednesday (Feb 22).

The Turkish Embassy in KL tweeted that the Chief Justice, on behalf of the Malaysian Judiciary, expressed her condolences and sympathies for the earthquake victims in Turkiye.

Recently, the Malaysian Armed Forces Family Welfare Body (Bakat) donated 2,000 blankets and 2,000 towels to earthquake victims in Turkiye to ease the burden of those affected by the natural disaster.
