SEREMBAN: OSK Property (OSKP) took a step forward in ensuring the safety of Iringan Bayu residents with the handover ceremony of the neighbourhood’s police beat base.

The collaboration between OSK Property and The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) is for the purpose of law enforcement and patrolling duties in the Iringan Bayu neighbourhood.

The ceremony was graced by Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Nanda Ma’arof, together with Seremban deputy police chief, Supt Mohd Rosli Ishak.

This handover marks the first police beat in the Iringan Bayu township, to provide a peace of mind for all residents.

The facility is contributed by OSKP and serves as an additional security enhancement and safety checkpoint for the township that has now expanded to over 2,000 units of residences.

Iringan Bayu is OSK Property’s flagship township in Seremban, poised to offer a new level of holistic neighbourhood and green-comfort living that promotes multigenerational living in Seremban.

Sprawling across 1,668 acres of freehold land, this township features modern homes with a 22-acre Wetland Park that offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The latest addition to Iringan Bayu, Erama, the closest precinct to the Wetland Park, offers 322 units of single and double-storey homes in a low-density setting, ideal for families seeking a wholesome living environment with attractive prices from RM535,000 to RM668,000.
