Floods: Follow all instructions from authorities, says Dr Wee

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has appealed to the public, especially those affected by floods, to follow instructions given by the authorities to protect themselves and their families.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday (March 1), the MCA president also said that the party's Crisis Assistance Squad (CRSM) was already on the ground offering help to flood victims in Johor.

"I hope everyone will stay safe and be protected. My thoughts and prayers are with flood victims," the Ayer Hitam MP said in his post.

He added that once given the instruction to evacuate, flood victims should move to flood relief centres as soon as possible for their own safety.
