FASHION icon Datuk Jimmy Choo is open to sharing his knowledge and experience with fashion students in Malaysia’s higher learning institutions (IPTs).
“I’ll be returning to Malaysia next month, so perhaps I could meet them then,” he told Berita Harian.“I want to meet both lecturers and students to assess the level of the local industry and exchange ideas.
“I’m positive we can do a lot together,” he said.

> Two Myanmar nationals were arrested during a raid in Kampung Bukit Lada, Kedah, after they were suspected of stealing 8,000 litres of diesel worth RM124,200, Berita Harian reported.
Kedah Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry director Affendi Rajini Kanth said the Federal Reserve Unit carried out the raid and then handed the suspects over to his team last Friday.
“We confiscated two oil barrels and a number of diesel transferring equipment suspected to be used for the illegal operation,” he said.
Both suspects, aged 30 and 40, have been remanded to assist in investigations.
