More victims return home


SEREMBAN: Victims seeking shelters at the relief centres have slowly returned home as the flood situation in Negri Sembilan improved.

As at 4pm yesterday, the state recorded a total of 871 people at seven relief centres.

Tampin has remained the worst-hit district with 806 victims at six relief centres at SK Sungai Kelamah, SK Londah, SMK Gemas, Dewan Besar Gemas as well as the Pasir Besar and Kg Tiong community halls.

In Jempol, 65 flood victims were still putting up at SK Palong 7.
