Covid-19 Watch: 188 new cases bring total to 5,043,978


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 188 new Covid-19 cases on Monday (March 6), says the Health Ministry.

According to the ministry's KKMNow portal, 185 of the new Covid-19 infections in the country were local transmissions, while there were three imported cases.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 5,043,978 cases since the pandemic began.

No deaths were recorded on Monday.
