Two toddlers rescued from locked car in Putra Heights


PETALING JAYA: Firefighters were dispatched after two toddlers were locked inside a car.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Morni Mamat, when contacted, said the incident occurred on Thursday (March 16) in front of a cafe in Persiaran Putra Indah in Putra Heights.

"Inside the car were two children -aged three, and one-year and four months - who were locked inside the car.

“The children were rescued after family members brought a duplicate key," he said.

He added that both children were in good condition and had no breathing difficulties.
