Lorry crashes into eight vehicles in Rawang


PETALING JAYA: A multi-vehicle collision occurred in Rawang, damaging eight vehicles.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Morni Mamat, said that the incident occurred at a traffic light near the Rawang Mutiara Business Centre on Monday (April 17).

He said that the accident was caused by a lorry that had a sudden brake failure.

"The lorry reversed slowly and crashed into eight vehicles behind it. All victims managed to save themselves and no injuries were reported," he said.

Police sources confirm that at least one report has been lodged.
