PETALING JAYA: For the first time, the Prime Minister’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house will not be held at his official residence at Seri Perdana in Putrajaya.
Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu will be the states where the open house is held this year, the Prime Minister's Department said on Thursday (April 20).

"In Kedah it will be held at Hotel Raia, Alor Setar on April 29 from 10am to 2pm. In Kelantan, at Stadium Sultan Muhammad lV on May 12 from 7pm to 10.30pm,” said the Department.
"And in Terengganu, it will be on May 13 at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin Dewan Al Muktafi Billah Shah from 7pm to 10.30pm," it added.
According to the statement, the respective state governments will play hosts with the help and support of relevant ministries.
"Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will be the guest of honour with the presence of the respective mentris besar, and Federal ministers will also be invited," it said.
The statement added that the Prime Minister will attend three other open houses in Selangor, Penang and Negri Sembilan.
