HONG KONG superstar Chow Yun Fat (pic) continues to retain a toned body despite being in his late 60s, reported China Press.
Chow, who is an avid runner, was photographed in great shape wearing a sleeveless jersey and running tights.
Hong Kong actress Sandra Ng, who uploaded the photograph on her Instagram, joked that Chow’s friends call him the “King of Hill Running”.
“Running up a hill today and managed to get an expert to accompany me. Can’t help but feel scared,” she wrote.
Chow, 67, and Ng, 57, were once the top actors in the Hong Kong scene and have been friends for more than 30 years.
They first worked together in the 1987 thriller Scared Stiff before sharing the big screen again in the comedy flick The Greatest Lover.Chow is famous for being friendly with fans and can often be seen on public transport and shopping for groceries at the market.
He is best known for his roles as Sao Feng in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and Li Mu-bai in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

The woman, who shared her experience on social media Xiaohongshu, said she joined a shark viewing tour at Maafushivaru Island.
She wrote that the tour operators assured her that the sharks would not bite and even offered to take a video of her swimming with sharks, for a fee.
“The accident happened during filming when I was floating on the surface where nurse sharks were swimming around me. Suddenly, I felt as if something had bitten me,” she said.
After the video had been taken, the woman was shocked to find her left hand bleeding profusely.
She was rushed back to shore and taken to a clinic to receive treatment.
