Pakistani siblings killed after motorcycle crashes into car in Johor


KOTA TINGGI: Two Pakistani siblings were killed after their motorcycle crashed into a car on Jalan Bypass here.

Kota Tinggi Fire and Rescue Department operation commander Shahrulnizam Johari said the department received a distress call from the public at 3.54pm on Monday (May 1).

"The two men, identified as Altaf, 37, and Rahman Hazrat, 31, were brothers.

"Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by a medical team," he said in a statement here.

Kota Tinggi OCPD Supt Hussin Zamora confirmed the case, adding that

it is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
