KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer LBS Bina Group Berhad held the first lucky draw for its LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 campaign featuring up to RM400,000 worth of prizes.
The first round of the lucky draw went live via LBS’s Facebook page on May 3, 2023, in which 600 winners were randomly chosen among LBS home purchasers.
LBS Bina Group Berhad executive chairman Tan Sri Ir Lim Hock San made the draw, accompanied by group managing director and CEO Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan, executive directors Datuk Seri Daniel Lim Hock Sing and Datuk Cynthia Lim Mooi Pang, deputy chief executive officer Lucas Lim Kim Kiat, and LBS directors Datuk Lim Han Boon and Datuk Yong Lei Choo.
The prize giving ceremony took place at KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery on May 20, 2023.
Five grand prizes of a Perodua Axia each, and other items such as SM Sport 110 motorcycles, washing machines, refrigerators, household appliances and hi-fi system were given out.
Those who bought LBS’s participating properties costing RM300,001 and above – from July 1 to Dec 31, 2022 – were automatically eligible for the first lucky draw. Participants who did not win in the first round will be given another chance in the second draw.
“LBS will always have our home buyers' interests at heart and we will continue to do our very best to add value to their purchase. I hope that with this lucky draw, we can bring a broader smile to their face anytime they decide to make an LBS property their home,” says Lim Hock San.

LBS offers low booking fee, exemption of legal fees, loyalty reward, flexi payment scheme, zero exit fee and furniture package to homebuyers.
As part of the LBS homeowners loyalty programme, the developer gave away an Ogawa massage chair worth RM10,999 at the first giving ceremony.
Meanwhile, those who purchase any LBS project in the KITA @ Cybersouth township (May 20-21, 2023) will be entitled to a free 40” TV (terms and conditions apply).
