Parliament sitting attendance encouraging, says Dr Wee

PETALING JAYA: The attendance at the first day of the Dewan Rakyat's second meeting of the second session of the 15th Parliament is encouraging, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

"The session will end on June 15 and the attendance of the MPs shows they are all ready to be the voices of the people," said the Ayer Hitam MP in a post on his Facebook on Monday (May 22).

The MCA president said be it the ruling party's MPs or those from Opposition, they all have been given the mandate to represent the people and to protect the interests of the country and the people.
