FORMER South Korean-Chinese boyband Exo member, Lu Han, has fulfilled the promise that he made about giving away concert tickets to Covid-19 front line health workers.
Sin Chew Daily reported that the health workers were invited to the 2023 TT Day concert which will be held in Beijing on June 23 and 24.
Lu’s heartwarming gesture has earned him praise from netizens and his fans.
The invitation message outlined steps that need to be taken by the health workers to redeem their free tickets.
At the height of the pandemic in 2020, health workers around the world were placed on the front lines to combat the virus.After being sent to Wuhan, a health worker posted on Weibo a photo of her donning a PPE suit with the message: “Can I go to watch your concert?” on the back.
At that time, Lu replied: “Let’s come. I will invite you.”
