PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd won the Top Ten Developers Award 2023 at the BCI Asia Awards (BCIAA).

Recently held at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the BCI Asia Awards 2023 gala dinner welcomed many eminent property developers in Malaysia to witness the ceremony.

The BCI Asia Award recognises the achievements of regional property developers that have made a great impact across Asia.

“Sustainability in housing is of paramount importance to LBS due to its numerous benefits for both our homebuyers and the environment, whereby ecological footprint is reduced and precious natural resources are preserved,” says LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Ir. Lim Hock San.

“Embracing sustainability in housing not only safeguards our planet's future but also enhances the well-being and comfort of residents, making it a vital endeavour for a more responsible and resilient future.”

Lim adds: “Our winning project for this year is Melodi Perdana, with a total of four residential blocks housing 1,520 units.

“This project has a comfortable average built-up size of 901sqft.

“Like all of LBS’s projects, Melodi Perdana encompasses the pillars of affordability, connectivity, community, and most definitely sustainability. More importantly, these units truly embody LBS’ commitment to house the nation by fulfilling the demand for properties at an accessible price point.” he explains.

He shares, “It was exciting to be named one of the top 10 developers in Asia and to receive recognition in Malaysia.

“We would like to thank everyone who has supported LBS and promise to continue working diligently to become the preferred developer.”

The BCIAA 2023 gala dinner was graced by Works Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam Ahmad.
