Motorcyclist linked to SUKE accident to be charged on July 10


KUALA LUMPUR: The motorcyclist who went against traffic on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Highway (SUKE) that led to a fatal accident will be charged in court on Monday (July 10).

Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said in a statement on Sunday (July 9) that the suspect will be brought to the Ampang Jaya Magistrate's Court.

On June 14, a motorcyclist who had gone against traffic led to a fatal accident after a man fell to his death while avoiding the incoming motorcycle.

The victim crashed his high-powered motorcycle into a road divider, falling from a height of around 30m.
