The victim had the right side of his neck slashed during a fight that occurred in a rented room at a shop at 11.15pm Saturday (July 15).

Three box cutters were also seized during the arrest.

The victim, a 37-year-old shop worker, was found unconscious in a pool of blood. He was confirmed dead and sent to the Sultan Ismail Hospital for an autopsy.
