Astrologer drugs and rapes friend’s daughter

AN astrologer in India has been arrested for drugging and raping the 15-year-old daughter of his friend, Malaysia Nanban reported.

The 56-year-old man, a retired army officer, was no stranger to the teenager as he would often visit her family, who lives in Kottayam city, Kerala.

One day when his friend and wife were out, the astrologer went over to their house and brought their daughter and a younger son over to his place.

He sent out the boy to buy some meat, gave the girl a spiked drink and raped her when she was unconscious.

Later, he warned the girl not to tell her parents about the rape.

In fact, he continued attacking her for some time until the girl could not take the abuse any longer and told her friends, who were shocked and informed their teachers.

They immediately informed the parents, who were horrified and confronted the astrologer.

However, he threatened to release photos of the girl if they reported the matter.

Undeterred, the parents went ahead and lodged a police report, which led to the man being arrested.

The astrologer is now facing numerous charges.
