In a police report, which was subsequently withdrawn, a woman claimed that she was walking to an office in Plaza Damas in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur at around 11am on July 24 when a man she believed was Ahmad Faizal allegedly harassed her.

In response, Ahmad Faizal said the report was defamatory and filed a police report against the woman.

He also said that he was in Seremban for a meeting at the time of the alleged incident.

Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Amihizam Abdul Shukor later said the woman withdrew her report the same day it was lodged on Aug 3.

However, police have opened an inquiry paper over the matter, among others, to establish if any crime had been committed.
