The post of KL police chief will be taken over by Bukit Aman Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS) deputy director Deputy Comm Datuk Allaudeen Abdul Majid, who will be promoted to the rank of Commissioner.

Meanwhile, Bukit Aman CID deputy director (Investigation/Legislation) DCP Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa remains at his post.

IGP Tan Sri Razarudin Husain, when contacted, confirmed the transfers of the senior officers.
