New Negri MB to be sworn in tomorrow


SEREMBAN: The next Mentri Besar of Negri Sembilan will be sworn in at 3pm on Monday (Aug 14).

Caretaker Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun said the ceremony would take place at Istana Besar Seri Menanti before Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.

Asked if he would be serving a second term, Aminuddin said an official announcement would be made.

"Please wait for the official announcement.

"What I can tell is that the swearing in is tomorrow," he told reporters when met at his official residence.

Aminuddin, who was first made Mentri Besar in 2018, had an audience with Tuanku Muhriz earlier in the morning.
