SOUTH Korean DJ Soda said she was molested during a music festival called Music Circus, which took place in Sennan Long Park, Osaka, Japan, China Press reported.
She took to her social media account to say she was still traumatised by the incident.
During the event last weekend, fans rushed towards her while she was performing and some of them touched her breast.
A viral video on the Internet showed her shocked expression.
In her Instagram post, the 35-year-old deejay said she moved closer to the fans because she wanted to interact with them.
However, during her performance, not one but several hands reached out to touch her.
“All I could do was to continue my performance,” she said.
DJ Soda said this was the first time in her 10-year career that she experienced such a frightening encounter with fans.
> The daily also reported that during the height of the durian season, a stall on Serangoon Road, Singapore, sold five tonnes of kampung durian in four hours.
According to the stall owner, he received 100 baskets of durian weighing 50kg each.
“As I began dividing the durian based on their size, customers arrived and started buying them.
“After I sorted the fruits, I realised half had been sold!” he said.
They were priced between S$1 (RM3.40) and S$2 (RM6.80) depending on their size.
Many customers initially came for the Musang King but when they noticed the bargain for kampung durian, they went for the latter instead.
One customer said he hurried to the stall after seeing the attractive deal on Facebook.
“I wanted Musang King but I did not mind kampung durian either, so I bought 10,” he said.
