Sime Darby Property’s marketing efforts continue to impress

SIME DARBY PROPERTY continued its streak of accolades by winning three Gold awards at The APPIES 2023, where it was honoured for having the best marketing efforts in both the Malaysia and Asia Pacific categories.

For The APPIES Asia Pacific 2023 Awards, Sime Darby Property was recognised in the Best in AdTech/MarTech category for its ‘Serasi: Gone in 60 minutes’ campaign. Simultaneously, it outperformed other nominees of The APPIES Malaysia 2023 Awards by bagging Gold for both the same campaign as well as its ‘CNY 2023: From Point of Interest to Point of Sales’ campaign.

The ‘Serasi: Gone in 60 minutes’ campaign saw Sime Darby Property effectively leverage AdTech and MarTech capabilities, allowing the Company to achieve 100% take-up for Tower One of Serasi Residences within minutes upon its official launch in February 2023.

Thanks to the ‘CNY 2023: From Point of Interest to Point of Sales’ campaign, Sime Darby Property was able to generate total GDV sales of various properties totalling RM524.2 million across its townships in the Klang Valley.Thanks to the ‘CNY 2023: From Point of Interest to Point of Sales’ campaign, Sime Darby Property was able to generate total GDV sales of various properties totalling RM524.2 million across its townships in the Klang Valley.

The ‘CNY 2023: From Point of Interest to Point of Sales’ campaign, meanwhile, sought to ring in the Chinese New Year with a property sales promotion across Sime Darby Property’s townships in the Klang Valley, enabling purchasers to turn their property ownership dreams into reality.

Utilising insightful data, the campaign generated a staggering 48 million impressions and total sales of 735 units worth approximately RM524.2 million in Gross Development Value (“GDV”).

Organised by MARKETING Magazine, The APPIES 2023 recognises the best campaigns presented by agencies or brands across the creative, media, digital and marketing sectors.
