Anwar discharged from HKL after minor dental surgery


KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was discharged from Hospital Kuala Lumpur at 9.37am Monday (Aug 21), Bernama reports.

The Prime Minister had been admitted for minor dental surgery on Sunday (Aug 20).

In a Facebook post Sunday, Anwar said he had been advised to remain in the hospital until Monday morning.

"Currently, I am still under the supervision of the medical team and I have been advised to be warded until tomorrow morning, Insya-Allah," he said in his Facebook post.
