Crowd throngs Star Education Fair 2023


KUALA LUMPUR: Students, parents and teachers turned up in droves when the doors opened at 11am at the Star Education Fair 2023, held at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre here on Saturday (Aug 26).

A string of highlights is in store for the visitors, as a total of 39 institutions occupying 71 booths are participating in the fair.

Among the main exhibitors are Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Mahsa University, Management and Science University (MSU), SEGi University & Colleges, City University Malaysia and KPJ Healthcare University.

The fair, which offers various local study options, also draws the participation of international institutions such as the New York Film Academy Australia; the International Aero Training Academy (Malaysia); the Savannah College of Art and Design (the United States); the University of Life Sciences "King Mihai I" (Romania); Rennes School of Business (France); Health Careers International (Australia); Australian International School Malaysia and Singapore Institute of Technology.

Another highlight is the exciting prizes from contests organised throughout the two-day event.

Participants stand a chance to win a Gintell G-Beetle Plus Foot Massager, lifestyle knapsacks, Starbucks gift cards worth RM30 and TGV Cinemas tickets.

Don’t miss out on the interesting talks happening today (Aug 26), such as "AI is transforming dentistry, but will it replace dentists?" at 1pm, "Technology and the future of work" at 2pm, and "The role of next-gen engineers in the era of sustainability" at 3pm.

Organised by Star Media Group, the fair will be held from 11am to 7pm on Aug 26 and 27, at Halls 1 and 2 on Level 5 of the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre.
