30 Tamil schools get generous book donation

A SCHOOLBOOK publishing company donated dozens of new books to 30 Tamil school libraries to encourage reading among students, Malaysia Nanban reported.

The donation ceremony took place at the publisher’s office in Kuala Lumpur, where free books were handed over to teachers representing the 30 schools.

Jaya Bakti publications founder and managing director Datuk Dr K. Selvaraju said his company will continue to provide books to schools which need them.
