Three investigation papers into Save Malaysia rally to be handed to AGC on Sept 22, says Bukit Aman


PETALING JAYA: Three investigation papers into the Save Malaysia rally on Sept 16 will be sent to the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) on Friday (Sept 22), says Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain.

The Bukit Aman CID director said the investigations were centred around 29 individuals and it was investigated under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 and Section 505 of the Penal Code.

"Regarding the gathering which was held without a permit in the federal capital last Saturday, the investigation papers will be sent to the AGC tomorrow," he said at a press conference Thursday (Sept 21).
