STARTING a new home with a new house is like planting a seed, akin to embarking on a new phase in life.
Through care and patience, both the sprouting seed and the new house will evolve into sources of comfort and a sense of familiarity.
The thriving plant reflects personal growth, while the house symbolises adaptability and a new-found sense of belonging in a new life chapter.
Keeping this in mind when organising this year’s Awards Showcase, StarProperty is actively promoting sustainability among participating developers and homeowners.
The three-day StarProperty Awards Showcase 2023, which starts next week, gives home buyers the opportunity to view the award-winning projects from 17 participating property developers.
The fair will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from Sept 29 to Oct 1, from 11am to 9pm.
Among the award-winners displaying their projects are Avaland Bhd, Chin Hin Group Bhd, Eupe Corporation Bhd, Hap Seng Land Development (Balakong) Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, KotaSAS Sdn Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Malton Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd.
Also participating are Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Platinum Victory, Radium Development Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd and TSLAW Land.
A whole plethora of property developments, ranging from landed properties to high-rise condominiums and serviced apartments, are available.
Offering a wide scope of choices to first-time home buyers as well as those seeking fresh investment opportunities, these homes come with a variety of designs to suit a multitude of lifestyle options.
Ranging from mid-range to high-end units, there is something for everyone.
In addition, many of the participating developers will be offering promotions for their projects during the event.
In keeping with the drive for sustainability, every visitor will receive a pack of seeds, and if they drop by the Serbajadi stall, there will be staffers lending advice to assist gardening enthusiasts.
In addition, home buyers and visitors stand to gain several extra prizes if they participate in the Visit & Win and Buy & Win promotions.
For the Visit & Win promotion, visitors are required to scan a QR code and answer a few simple questions. This will allow visitors to get additional seeds and hand sanitisers.
For home buyers, the Buy & Win segment is offering prizes worth more than RM30,000.
All they need to do is place a booking for the unit of their choice at any exhibitor’s booth, submit a copy of the Sales Order Form, proof of payment (receipt), and photocopy of the purchaser’s IC at the StarProperty booth. Prizes include electrical items, gift cards and shopping vouchers.
Parents bringing children, please take note that there will be clown appearances from noon to 2pm, 3pm to 5pm, and 6pm to 8pm on both days.
