KUALA LUMPUR: Beginning a new journey in a new home is akin to sowing a seed, the start of a fresh chapter in life. Just as the seed will sprout into a healthy plant, a new house too evolves into a source of comfort and familiarity over time. The flourishing plant that emerges symbolises growth and resilience, while the house represents adaptability and the sense of belonging in a new life chapter.

As StarProperty organises this year’s Awards Showcase, the importance of sustainability is the highlight among the participating developers and homeowners.

The StarProperty Awards Showcase 2023, which will end on Oct 1, offers prospective homebuyers the opportunity to explore award-winning projects from 17 renowned property developers.

In keeping with the drive for sustainability, every visitor will receive a pack of seeds and if they drop by the Serbajadi stall, its personnel will give advice and assist gardening enthusiasts.
