KUCHING: Anniversaries may just be about celebrations to some. But for Malaysia’s leading healthy home creator, Cuckoo International (Mal) Sdn Bhd, it goes beyond that.

Each year, Cuckoo International in its anniversary celebration, celebrates its successful efforts to inspire a healthier living and renews its commitment to motivate more Malaysians to be #SAMASAMAHealthier.

This year, the Cuckoo International’s ninth anniversary celebration started in August with the launch of its biggest-ever contest, the ‘Buy Cuckoo Win Condo’ contest and culminates in a celebration event in Kuching where its anniversary celebration is taken up a notch with the extension of the contest with greater prize value and more better prizes as well as the launch of its two innovations.

Speaking at the anniversary event here, Cuckoo International founder and chief executive officer Hoe Kian Choon said, “our passion to inspire Malaysians to live healthier and better integrate wellness into their homes has always been constant.

“Today’s anniversary event represents that as well as our spirit to rise Beyond Standards in meeting the heightened expectations of Malaysians.

“Our biggest contest just got bigger, and we’ve continued to introduce innovations that represents our efforts to #SAMASAMA to inspire people to live healthier and happier life. These make our celebration purposeful as we hope to send out a message of empowerment.”

Feelings of happiness, excitement, gratefulness, and surprise overwhelmed the winners of the ‘Buy Cuckoo Win Condo’ contest that was launched in August.

“When I first found out about winning the prize, I was overwhelmed with excitement and disbelief. It felt like a dream come true,” said one of the Proton Saga prize winners, Denis Anak Empalah.

“I felt grateful to have been chosen among many deserving candidates and thankful for the opportunities that led me to this achievement.”

“Winning this condo feels like a dream come true! Thank you, Cuckoo,” said one of the EXSIM D’Terra Residences service apartment unit winners, Lau Hui Hua.

The Healthy Home Creator’s biggest ever contest culminated in the announcement of the final set of shortlisted participants during the anniversary event.

With very positive responses received over the past two months, Cuckoo International has announced the extension of the contest with a greater prize value and more exciting or better prizes.

The extension of the contest, from Oct 1 to Dec 31, is expected to inject greater excitement into the market, with a total of RM3million worth of prizes offered, up from RM2mil previously.

Advancing its efforts to help more Malaysians to better integrate wellness into their homes, Cuckoo International has also introduced two innovations designed to supercharge Malaysians’ pursuit of a healthier living at its anniversary event in Kuching.

The innovations include a water purifier, Cuckoo Grande water purifier, the first tank model with 100°C water designed for Malaysians.

Apart from that, the event also saw the launch of Cuckoo U model air purifier, an air purifier with 360° absorption, and unmatched coverage of up to 1,161 ft², to filter impurities in the air.

“The launch of these two revolutionary products to our product portfolio are a testament to our unwavering commitment to redefining the possibilities of wellness.

“We believe that these products would enable a smarter and more convenient way for customers to integrate health into their homes, and of course, will place us on a right trajectory of growth towards our goal as Asia’s No. 1 healthy home creator,” said Hoe.

Taking its anniversary celebration out of Klang Valley for the first time, Cuckoo International celebrates its anniversary in Kuching to celebrate the positive support by its customers and fans in the region.

This comes as Kuching, Sarawak, is Cuckoo International’s largest customer base in East Malaysia.

The celebration was hosted by Nabil Ahmad, also known as Nabil Raja Lawak, and also saw its brand ambassador, Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, delivering a captivating performance to the on-ground public.
