A GROUP of children formed their own “rally” for Palestine on popular online gaming platform, Roblox.
Sinar Harian reported that 200 children and teenagers from Malaysia, Indonesia, Yemen and other countries gathered in a virtual space titled Dataran Tanjung Mas on Oct 14.
A 50-second clip of the virtual space was also shared by an X-user Jalal Misai after the virtual rally by the children went viral across online platforms.
Roblox is a popular online game platform and game creation system developed by Roblox Corporation that allows users to programme games and play games created by other users. It also serves as a social networking space by users where the universe is created from virtual blocks.> Indonesian celebrity Nikita Mirzani was criticised for wanting to “travel” to Palestine to help those affected by the Israeli occupation. Utusan Malaysia reported that the 38-year-old celebrity had expressed her desire after learning more about the current conflict in the Middle East.
“Are there any flights available to Palestine or is there any other way to travel there? Please share with me,” she wrote on her Instagram account.
Following her posts on her social media account, Nikita received flak from online users for using the Palestinian cause to generate publicity. Others also trolled her for creating controversy as an entertainer.

The 37-year-old told Harian Metro he was excited as the wedding date was set on his birthday. He also apologised to his fans for the delay as he had previously shared the details of his wedding.
“There were several reasons why we had to postpone to next year. Among them was because the (wedding) hall is fully booked and other details that I cannot reveal,” he said.
