PETALING JAYA: A third car was the cause of a fatal accident near the Serendah Golf Resort that killed three, say police.
In a statement Thursday (Oct 26), Hulu Selangor police chief Supt Ahmad Faizal Tahrim said that investigations showed that the accident near the Serendah Golf Resort occurred after the suspect had tried to pass a car that was in front by using the opposite road to overtake.

"The driver of the compact car tried to avoid the suspect's car but failed, leading to a collision. An MPV then crashed into the spinning compact car from the back," he said.
The collisions killed three. Meanwhile the suspect had escaped, leaving behind a Proton Wira.
The identity of the suspect has yet to be ascertained and investigations are ongoing.
"A post mortem will be conducted at the Kuala Kubu Bharu hospital," he said.
The victims have been identified as Chan Kwai Hoong (62), Soo Yoke Siew (53) and Rosihat Lemon (68).
