China's Public Security Minister Wang Xiaohong arrives for three-day official visit


SEPANG: China’s State Councillor and Public Security Minister Wang Xiaohong (pic) arrived here on Thursday (Nov 2) to begin his three-day working visit to Malaysia.

The Air China aircraft carrying Wang and his delegation touched down at the Bunga Raya Complex of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) here at 12.15 pm.

Among those on hand to welcome him were the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Ouyang Yujing and Home Ministry Secretary-General Datuk Ruji Ubi.

Wang is scheduled to pay a courtesy call to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and hold a bilateral meeting with Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

Wang will also travel to Melaka as part of his visit to Malaysia. - Bernama
