Nik Kamaruzaman appointed as Communications and Digital Ministry dep sec-gen


KUALA LUMPUR: Nik Kamaruzaman Nik Husin has been appointed as the deputy secretary-general of the Communications and Digital Ministry effective on Wednesday (Nov 15).

The Ministry in a post on Facebook congratulated Nik Kamaruzaman.

"All staff of the Communications and Digital Ministry welcome Encik Nik Kamaruzaman. Welcome and congratulations," according to the message.

His appointment was to replace Mastura Ahmad Mustafa who was appointed as deputy secretary-general (Trade) to the Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry.

Meanwhile, Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz through the X application also congratulated Mastura who previously held the position of senior director of the Asean Economic Integration Division at his ministry. - Bernama
