PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Mohamed Nazir Razak has married his sweetheart Yati Zainuddin.
Congratulatory notes from Internet users poured in after a picture of the couple went viral on social media.
Nazir's nephew, Norashman (Datuk Seri Najib Razak's son), shared the picture, which showed the bridegroom slipping a ring on Yati's finger.
"Congrats Uncle Jay@nazir.razak," said Norsashman on Instagram on Friday (Nov 17).
Yati is an entrepreneur and founder of a cosmetics company.
Capital A Bhd chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandez also congratulated his "best friend" Nazir.
"Getting ready to look beautiful for my bestie for his big day," said Fernandez, who will be attending the couple's wedding reception on Friday night.
"Congratulations to the most beautiful couple @ratubiru and @nazir.razak. The ceremony was so touching and all the speeches just melted my heart. The choice of music made me cry too," said selinayeopjr.
