Mawar and Raf are said to be heading for divorce


ACTORS Mawar Rashid and Raf Yaakob are speculated to be heading for divorce, reported Berita Harian.

Mawar, 28, however, appealed to be given some time before coming up with a statement on her marriage.

“Sorry, I can’t comment right now. Raf and I will issue a statement. I pray that everything will be eased,” the Tundukkan Playboy Itu actress said.

The couple was scheduled to appear before the Syariah Court on Nov 22 but did not do so.

Talk of the couple’s domestic turmoil arose after Mawar decided to remove the hijab last month. She had also deleted pictures of her with Raf on Instagram, further fuelling speculation of a split.Mawar, whose full name is Wan Mawar Shaputri Wan Abdul Rashid, married Raf on Nov 9, 2017. The couple have three children – Raden Muhammad, four, Raden Seri Rosabella Cinta, two, and Raden Seri Riyanna Sayang, 10 months.

Raf or his real name, Raden Ahmad Faizal Yaakob, has two children from a previous marriage.> After having to quit his job to care for his comatose son, Sedek Pawan has to also spend hundreds of ringgit for ambulance services to transport his son to the hospital, reported Kosmo!.

Sedek, 61, and his wife Rohani Othman, 56, had to stop working to take care of Muhammad Zikri, 29, who fell into a coma following an accident five months ago.

He said his son receives RM800 in aid from the zakat centre to buy medicine and RM400 monthly for daily expenses, which are “insufficient as we also have to use the same allocation to pay for the ambulance to pick up and send Zikri to the hospital”.
