KUALA LUMPUR: Community Communications Department (JKom) deputy director (community communications) Datuk Ismail Yusop and three others had their statements recorded by police on Friday (Jan 12).
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said the trio were Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris (Papagomo), Badrul Hisham Shaharin (Chegu Bard) and Mohamad Salim Iskandar.
"The statements were recorded under Section 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code in connection with the 'Dubai Move' to topple the government led by the 10th Prime Minister.
"A total of 145 police reports have been received to date," he said in a statement on Friday.
Razarudin said police have also opened investigations over allegations that Perikatan Nasional tried to bribe the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to overthrow the government.

"This matter is being investigated under Section 500 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for defamation and misuse of networking facilities.
"Four police reports have been lodged over this issue," he said.
He advised the public to refrain from speculating on the case as well as making any comments which could interfere with the investigation process.
"We also remind the public that strict action will be taken against anyone who tries to manipulate sensitive issues, especially involving public anxiety and national security.
"The investigation papers will be completed and referred to the Attorney General's Chambers in line with the provisions of article 145(3) Federal Constitution," he said.
