PETALING JAYA: Police are looking for a motorcyclist who allegedly sexually harassed a woman and "pleasured" himself while asking her for directions.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said they received a police report on the matter at 4.37pm on Monday (Jan 15).
"We spotted a 46-second video clip of the incident on social media and lodged a report.
"The video allegedly shows a woman being sexually harassed by a motorcyclist who was believed to be masturbating," he said in a statement on Tuesday (Jan 16).
He said the incident was believed to have taken place at Kota Damansara.
"Checks revealed that the woman has yet to lodge a police report on the matter.
"We urge this victim to come forward immediately and lodge a report as it would facilitate further investigations under Section 377D of the Penal Code for committing gross indecency," he said.
