ACTRESS Jasmin Hamid (pic) has hit back at a netizen who called her a grandmother due to the age gap with her husband, Kosmo! reported.
Jasmin, whose full name is Jasmiah Abdul Hamid, 52, said: “What did I do wrong to you? You are not even a follower of my social media.
“You come to my domain and leave a comment like this. Do you know that you have hurt my feelings? Most importantly, you have denied the greatness of God,” she said on TikTok.
The Spa Q drama actress, however, said she has forgiven the individual.
“You forget that marriage, sustenance and death are all in God’s hands.
“That was how I was matched with a young husband, indeed a provision from God.
“It’s okay. I forgive your mistakes and pray for you to be guided so that you can be a better human being and benefit others,” she said.
The incident started when an individual left the comment “Grandma with her grandchild” under a video of Jasmin celebrating her second wedding anniversary with her husband, Nazmir Abdul Rahim, who is 14 years her junior.
> An individual claiming to be a Raja Muda installed by the Bukit Bauk “genie kingdom” had placed a tombstone in front of a surau in the Bukit Bauk Forest Reserve in Dungun, Terengganu, Utusan Malaysia reported.
The 37-year-old was arrested several times by the Terengganu Islamic Religious Affairs Department in 2019 and 2020 for spreading deviant teachings that contradict Islam.
A visitor, Anas Ibrahim, 34, said the man’s strange behaviour caused people to avoid the surau.
“Our fear is that the man has followers and their activities will be active again,” he said.
According to a district and land officer, the individual was arrested and charged in court with drug offences last week.
He is now placed at the Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre, in Gambang, Pahang.
