Small fire breaks out at mall due to Chinese New Year decorations

PETALING JAYA: A small fire broke out at the IOI Puchong Mall when a Chinese New Year decorative booth burst into flames.

When contacted, Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the incident occurred on Saturday (Jan 27) and added that a distress call was received at around 7.20pm.
