Some 123 journalists have been killed since the beginning of Israel's aggression

AMMAN (Bernama-Petra): The government office in the Gaza Strip announced Tuesday that a total of 123 journalists have been killed since the beginning of Israel’s aggression in Gaza, Jordan news agency (PETRA) reported.

The statement from the office was issued following the martyrdom of journalist Dr Rizq Al-Gharabli, Director of the Palestinian Information Centre in the Gaza Strip.

As of now, at least 27,585 Palestinians have been killed following the Israeli offensive on Gaza since Oct 7.

The Israeli offensive has resulted in 85% of Gaza’s population being internally displaced amid acute shortages of food, clean water, and medicine, while 60% of the enclave’s infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed, according to the United Nations (UN). - Bernama-Petra
