Resurfacing works being carried out on southbound side of NSE till March 8


IPOH: Road resurfacing works will be conducted on the southbound side of the North-South Expressway between Simpang Pulai and Gopeng.

In a statement issued by PLUS Malaysia Bhd on Monday (Feb 19), the works will commence from now until March 8.

"The road resurfacing works will be carried out progressively at the specified location on weekdays from Monday to Friday daily throughout the period and will require lane closures from time to time.

"As such, highway users are advised to plan their journeys accordingly due to lane closures at the designated stretch," it said, adding that users could also plan their journeys using the PLUS App to obtain the latest traffic information.

"They are also advised to adhere to all traffic signs and instructions issued by PLUS personnel when passing through the affected area," it said.

"Additionally, highway users can get the latest traffic information or in the event of any emergencies, please contact its PLUSLine at 1800-88-0000," it added.
