MACC seeking man who failed to turn up at court to face corruption charges


PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is searching for a man who failed to turn up in court to face corruption charges.

Mohd Razain Hashim, whose last address is 43A, Jalan Bukit Pandan Bistari 5, Taman Bukit Pandan Bestari, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, failed to present himself at the Shah Alam Sessions Court to be charged.

"A warrant of arrest for him has been issued," the MACC said in a statement on Tuesday (March 5).

It is learnt that his court appearance was fixed for Feb 28.
