MASwings announces three extra Kuching-Limbang flights for Hari Raya

KUCHING: MASwings has announced three additional flights from here to Limbang in northern Sarawak in anticipation of increased travel demand during the upcoming Hari Raya festive season.

The extra flights have been planned for April 8, 9 and 14, resulting in twice-daily flights on those dates.

MASwings currently flies once a day from Kuching to Limbang.

The airline's chief operating officer Suresh Singam said demand for flights was consistently high during festive seasons over the years.

"We encourage our customers to secure their tickets early, as most flights during this peak season are experiencing a strong occupancy rate of 70 to 80%.

"Our flight and operations crew are fully prepared to ensure that every traveller reaches their destination efficiently and promptly, allowing them to enjoy more quality time with their loved ones or at their respective holiday destinations," he said in a statement on Monday (March 25).

The additional services from Kuching to Limbang would be operated on MASwings' ATR 72-500 aircraft.

Tickets are available at ticket offices or any appointed travel agents throughout Malaysia.

Bookings can also be made via the Malaysia Airlines call centre at 1-300-88-3000.
