Floods: Number of victims rises to 683 people


PETALING JAYA: Three evacuation centres have been opened following flooding in Selangor.

According to the state Fire and Rescue Department, 448 more victims have been evacuated as of 8pm, with the total number of victims displaced so far at 683 people.

A total of 614 people have been placed at the three opened evacuation centres.

The Klang, Kuala Selangor and Petaling districts are worse-hit by the recent floods.
