According to him, both firms have fulfilled the requirements during the bidding process.

"Five companies had submitted their tenders and proposals to continue the KL Tower operations and two were selected by the Public-Private Partnership Unit under the Prime Minister's Department.

"Both of the companies are doing joint ventures and have met the requirements (of the contract).

"There were also no issues identified in the screenings and the next step now is to issue the appointment letter to the companies," he said during a press conference at the Communications Ministry here on Wednesday (May 29).
