Malay Mandopop star’s show tickets sell like hot cakes

TICKETS to Firdhaus Farmizi’s (pic) Hello Again 2024 Malaysia concert were sold out within 30 minutes after they went on sale on Wednesday, according to China Press.

The show, to be held at the Arena of Stars in Genting Highlands on Aug 31, is part of the Firdhaus Asia Tour.

An extra show on Sept 1 was added to the tour, and these tickets, priced between RM69 and RM569, were snapped up in 20 minutes.

The Malaysian Mandopop singer shot to fame with Gulf of Alaska, which went viral on social media, with 600 million views on China’s video-sharing platform Douyin in 2020.

His other song, Divorce in Ghana, released last year, has accumulated 10 million views on YouTube.

> China Press also reported that a video clip showing Civil Defence Force personnel removing a huge python from the bonnet of a car has gone viral on the Internet.

It was said that the driver heard strange noises from the engine while driving on a Kuala Lumpur street early Thursday.

He pulled over to check and was shocked to discover the snake.

Onlookers were also amused by the discovery.
