Amidst the meeting, Johari said collaborating on a young leadership programme will ensure a brighter future based on innovation and reinvigorated perspectives for the Asian region.

"We are investing heavily in nurturing young leaders, and we look forward to collaborating closely with Japan on this front to secure shared prosperity.

"Malaysia and Japan have a long relationship, and with this understanding, both countries will benefit from this good relationship,” Johari said.
